Move-In
The Residential Tenancies Act requires that at least two written inspection reports be done. One being Move-In.
Our move-in inspection report is very detail, it combines both texts and images that describe the condition of the rental premises when a tenant moves in.
Move-Out
The second inspection report required by The Residential Tenancies Act is Move-Out. Our move-out inspection report is equally very detail, it combines both texts and images that describe the condition of the rental premises when a tenant moves out. It allows for comparison of Move-in & Move-out.
Interim
We take our inspections further with our periodic inspections that focus on identifying and addressing any maintenance/repair issues. It allows us to connect with our tenants, address their concerns, and as well as improve the value of clients’ asset – it’s a win for everybody.
